How does the left respond to the threat of war?
Why by taking a nap of course. In reaction to today’s New York Times article:
The Bush administration is rushing a delivery of precision-guided bombs to Israel, which requested the expedited shipment last week after beginning its air campaign against Hezbollah targets in Lebanon, American officials said Friday.
But not to worry. The arms we’re shipping to Israel are not to be compared with the “emergency resupply” of 1973. Holy mother of God, but this has got to be the most fly by night foreign policy strategy in U.S. history, coupled with hints of a longer war.
But here is the best part:
I’ll have to find out the rest a little late today, because I’m sleeping in.
Now if that doesn’t perfectly illustrate an appeaser’s reaction when confronted with war then I don’t know what does.
So take a couple Lunestas Taylor and enjoy pleasant dreams about nationalized health care, Hillary being elected, and a Democratic take over in congress. Maybe this whole nasty war thing will be over when you wake up.
Michelle Malkin reports the NYT is the favorite paper of terrorists.
Who are the blabbermouths? Howell Raines gave a clue at an Aspen Institute talk yesterday:
Linking PostsOne audience member asked about the role of media leaks. Raines opted not to go in-depth since he no longer is a working journalist, but offered a bit of a leak of his own:”Almost all leakers are lawyers. That’s the bottom line.”

Michelle Malkin’s campaign against the Times has struck out this time. There was nothing revealed in this article that anyone knowing our relationship with Israel wouldn’t have figured out.
